Playing With Hero Arts - Adventures With Ellie

Playing With Hero Arts

Today I thought I would share a card I made to play along with Hero Arts April Challenge. This month they a choice of challenges & decided to play with the sketch challenge for my card.  This is my take on one of the sketches they had to choose from.

For the focal point I was so excited to see that Hero Arts now has some of their stamps made into Digital Cut elements! How awesome is that. The stamp version of this Digital cut is one I had been eyeing for a long time but hadn't been able to purchase it. So when I saw that it was available to purchase as one of the Digital cuts  I had to rush and purchase it and do something with it.

I used some Cosmo Cricket Patterned paper from the Social Club collection  to cut the Digital elment.  I also used well  Bazzill Basic Patterned paper to mat my element.

For a frame for my die cut I used some cork(super think that I was able to just tear)  that came in the little kit I purchased from Michelle.

The little flower came from my stash of Prima as well as some Papertrey Ink ribbon.  The finishing touches was burlap from Ashley's kit and letter stickers from Cosmo Cricket to make the sentiment.

I also took the die cut and distressed it with some Jenni Bowlin inks and put everything together and placed it on a Kraft cardstock card base. I really love this digital cut and plan to use it very soon.

Thank you as always for stopping by.
