Simple Kids Wish List booklets - Adventures With Ellie

Simple Kids Wish List booklets

Are your kids like mine walking about with a trillion pieces of papers already with the list of things they want to put on their wishlist?

Well to stop the madness I quickly made them these simple little wishlist booklets. It came together pretty quickly.

Here is what you'll need to make your kids one too :

-Holiday Patterned Paper ( I used a double sided one from Echo Park- Letters to Santa)
-Letter Stickers
-3x4 Project Life journal cards (or you could use regular paper to create your pages)
-Anything else you want to use to decorate that you have at hand.
-3x4 Paper Card Punch  (or you could use a round corner punch)

Let's get Creating!

1. Punch out 4 cards for your front and back covers, If you don't have the punch then cut 4 squares of patterned paper sized at 3x4 each.  Then use your corner punch to round each corner.

2. Now to make the booklet. Gather together the pages for the inside. I used 8 cards. Grab a front and back cover and place them together and staple at 2 top corners.

3.Once you have put it together now comes the fun of decorating your little booklet.

4.I decided to change the letters I had originally picked out as they were too transparent. Play around with your cover and have fun. For me since the patterned paper was already almost perfect I just added a few simple touches.

I added the 13 as that is the year and I plan to sticking these into our December Daily album. You could also just include this into your project life album as it's the perfect size for one of the pockets.

If you decide to create your own little wishlist booklets I'd love to see them. Can you believe Thanksgiving is a week and a half away! We are pretty excited around here. Is your family?
