All You Need Is 10 Minutes

I don't know about you but I am so happy the weekend has finally arrived. Today I wanted to share one of my favorite workouts that I am incorporated into my workout routines.


This is something I do when I'm short on time and I know I wouldn't be able to do a regular routine. You can't tell me you don't have 10 minutes. I bet you've been scrolling through the interent longer then 10 mintues you could have been done by now. So what are you waiting for...


Drop and give me those 10 minutes. Promise you'll be happy you did!



-Stretch for 3 minutes
-25 jumping Jacks
-15 Burpees
-10 Push ups (reg or on knees)
-25 mountain climbers
-Walk it out for 2 minutes
-30 second Plank

Now after you are done and have caught your breathe admit it.. you know you want to do it again and if you do it 3x you just did a 30 minute workout!
Start out slow and take breaks in between and work your way up to being able to do it 3 times. I do this 3 times a week. YES that's it. TRUST me  it works!

One more thing cause I laugh and think this every time I am drenched from a workout I've just completed. Now you'll think it too!
