I thought it would be so much fun as Fall is my favorite season. Nothing like having a comfort recipe to fill your tummy to get your day started. Today I'm sharing a very simple recipe that you can actually have done in less then 15 minutes! Plus it's a healthy twist to normally rich in calories recipe. Let's get started shall we.
This recipe is the super easy recipe but trust me when you'll fool your family thinking you spent way more time doing so!
Here is what you'll need to make it.
-Chobani Pumpkin Greek Yogurt (I used a container of 5.3 oz )
- Pancake Mix (my mix I used 1/2 cup)
-1/3 cup of water
Pour whole container of the pumpkin yogurt and pancake mix into bowl.
Make sure to mix completely then add the water till your mix is a nice consistency
Now it's time to get those waffles made! I have a nice sized waffle maker so this mix will make me one large waffle that is very filling and will equal 4 pancakes if you were to prefer to make this into pumpkin pancakes instead.
Now comes the part you've been waiting on which is time to plate & get to enjoying this yummy goodness!
I added a dollop of fat free whipped cream and a drizzle of agave syrup and a touch of cinnamon..Let's just say we have very happy tummies!
This is a healthy alternative to regular waffles and a wonderful treat to have to enjoy now that it's getting into the cozy weather.
