I actually had seen this recipe on the web and also in the weight watchers magazine but I never seem to have all the ingredients and therefore I did grab what I had and said let's see what I get if I put them into the crockpot.

Simple Sweet Spicy Chicken
Crockpot for The Win! Savory Chicken recipe that will surely become a family favorite.
- 1/2 cup Lite Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Lite Honey
- 32 ounces skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 sprays Vegetable Spray
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
- 2 tsp Water
In a Bowl mix together all the ingredients expect the chicken.Make sure to mix the ingredients well and place the chicken. I like to put it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before cooking.Spray your crockpot with the vegetable spray and place the chicken and liquid in.Cook on high for 2 1/2 hrs or 3 1/2 hrs on low. Once it's done you can serve with a side of veggies or brown rice and Enjoy!
