Healthy and Delicious Mornings With Honey Bunches of Oats

New Year comes with setting new goals but there is one that I always try to keep constant through each year. That one thing is making sure my family has a good healthy breakfast to start each day.

If you have stopped by here before you know that having a family with 4 kids along w/my husband and I we are always super busy and on the go.

That is why I like to be able to provide quick, easy but most important healthy opinions for us to enjoy.

That is where Honey Bunches of Oats cereal comes in.  I love that I can offer my family a bowl knowing it contains the fiber prepares your body for the day and keep you full until lunch and it has whole grains and nutrients, including protein, fiber, B vitamins and antioxidants this is especially my important as my oldest who is in college is working those brain cells along as  as well as is working part time.

Knowing I'm able to send him off prepared is something that makes me happy. Pretty sure it makes him too because he sure does love how it tastes!

Even my youngest has been know to enjoy a bowl. Her being born a preemie it's essential that I am on top of her meals and ensure she is getting the nutrients she needs.

Having the opinions of having either Honey Roasted, Almond, or Strawberry Honey Bunches of Oats make it even that much better to changing it up but still having the same benefits.

Besides enjoying them in a bowl w/milk my family love to have it as a snack. I'll have ready sandwich bags with them and be able to offer those for my kids to snack on while they do homework or after playtime.

Another favorite is making little parfait bowls. Take a small container of low fat yogurt and layer with Honey Bunches of Oats in a bowl and you a filling and wonderful treat.
