Bucket List : Healthy Living Edition



 
I thought this week I'd share a few ideas that you might want to add to your bucket list. This first post will be a few ideas about to change up your workout routine. I plan on working on my personal bucket list as I've just put it to the side and I think it's time to start seeing things crossed off it!


KickBoxing:
  I actually am looking to take a class or two soon. This not only gives you an awesome workout but it's also a good stress reliever. Kicking and punching your way into a good sweat!



Hot Yoga:
Is a style of yoga performed in hot and humid conditions, typically Bikram yoga. I have done this before and man is it intense but in a good way. Just make sure you have lots of water with you.


5k Race:
  
Run a long-distance road running competition over a distance of 3.1 miles. These could be so much fun. I want to sign up for a color run that is going to happen at Citi Field! (Met's Stadium.... Let's GO METS!)

CrossFit Training:

This looks like it would be insane but trying new things is awesome so I want to give it a go and see what all the hype is about. Talk about feeling like a super hero that class would surely make you one that after your done (and sore too ha)


Cycling:

My friends have all told me how much they love their cycling class as it gives them a full workout and with some awesome music to go along with it. They say the 50 minutes just flies by.
