Week 2 - Adventures With Personal Trainer Food

Checking in on the 2nd week on my adventures to getting back on track. First things first I saw the scale move down and it was as I expected another 1.1 pounds down. After losing 5 last week I was expecting this so I'm OK with it.






Today I'm going to share a few of the resources I'm using that have been helpful so far in my journey.

First off I truly love the Facebook Support Page that is available. I've been using it since I found out I would be getting this opportunity to do the 28 day Personal Trainer Food Program. I've been able to ask questions, get advice and just amazing encouragement.

Another resource they have that I loved is their blog! I found recipes and ideas because truth be told I was thinking about how am I going to eat veggies with two of my meals. Although the vegetables are delicious yes I must be honest and say I was getting tired this week and so I decided to take some of the meats and made salads for lunch which made me happy.

Another thing I'm doing is ensuring that I'm getting some workout time in. I've been busy with the kids things but I try to do something to keep moving.


Next week I'll share a little recipe I made and really loved with the veggies I got! Over all I'm happy and proud of myself. Y'all yesterday my oldest brought some of the new Baskin Robbin Oreo Ice cream flavor and I DID NOT HAVE ANY... WHAT who am I. Oh let me tell you I wanted to eat me a nice bowl but I didn't. Still can't believe it ha! Here are to more non scale goals!
